I need help again...

Can the stretching machines only multiply bigger with a counting number, or smaller with a fraction??
What about adding and subtracting machines??
Like for #7., the machine is "times 37", so I think you will need fractions since
4 x 9 is 36, not 37, and 18 x 2 is 36 not 37, and 13 x 3 is 39, not 37, you see?
But you could have a machine that does "times 6  1/6" and hook it to a machine
that does "times 6", maybe, if she allows fractions bigger than one, like 4 and a half or
6 and one-sixth.
