yes ur right its the german in the green house....i gave this to my other freinds (we r all doing A levels). einstein was wrong that 98 % of the world cant do it....jus that it takes some time.

YAY, I also get to join the elite group!  My daughter (straight A's) is now arguing with the 98% figure too since she gave up on it.  It does just take some perseverance.

As long as changes can be made, perhaps the beer drinker could switch to orange juice or lemonade if kids are going to try to solve the puzzle.

i got it after a little planning on paper
twas quite clever and the theorum on 98 % is a total random number because with a few clicks of your brain and a pen + paper you can do almost anything * except blow up a cat* because thay have 9 lives and dey are fast

It is a very good puzzle but all you need is good organization and time- I wouldn't agree that only 98% can do it. I would agree with the statement that beer should be changed, although as far as I am concerned it doesn't matter(if you are really concentrated on the puzzle you don't pay much attention to its morality). But, there are some who care about this and it should be changed then because it is , as I said, a very good puzzle and there shouldn't be bad critics about it.:) I suppose that everyone has correct solution: It is German who lives in green house, drinks coffee and plays soccer. If there is anyone who would like to have it explained, I would be willing to do so.

it is one of the challanging puzzle but it was solved when i concentraded my mind and tried 4 it.u can also.
