Happy two years of mathaholic!

It was November 30, 2012 when I first posted and committed myself here in this math forum.

Now, I have posted over 2,875 posts of quality.

Now, here we are with 2 fruitful years! Celebrate with me!

Transparent carrot won't be that healty as it does not contain beta-carotene.

It would be different from when it was coloured. If the beta-carotene was transparent it's whole chemical structure would be different

You are assuming that the carrot is really invisible. Just because it is invisible to us does not imply any physical or chemical changes.

I only know that it is essential for the eyes and for the immune system and for stomach health. It is fat soluble and can be stored. The holistic community and the medical community differ in what the MDR should be.
