Help please!!

A cylindrical water bottle is 28 cm in diameter. how many centimeters does the water level drop when on liter is drawn off?

Okay, I just ate supper, but now I'm back.
1 CC is 1 ml, so 1000 ml = 1000 cubic centimeters.
A CC is about the size of a sugar cube.

The 196 comes from 14 times 14 because pi r squared is area of a circle.
So I divided 1000 milliliters (1 liter) by the circle area to get the height.
Units: cm cubed divided by cm squared is cm
3-D (cubed) divided by 2-D slice (the circle area) = height of cylinder.
